Which financing providers are available?
Haus of Brilliance currently offers eligible financing options through Shop Pay Installments, Klarna, Zip and Affirm.
The providers available for your specific transaction will be shown during checkout.
Will all four options appear for every order?
No. Availability can depend on the purchase amount, billing details, location, device, customer eligibility and the provider’s individual requirements.
Are financing approvals guaranteed?
No. Approval decisions are made solely by the selected financing provider. Haus of Brilliance does not determine eligibility, approval amounts, interest rates, fees or payment schedules.
Are all financing plans interest-free?
Not necessarily. Some plans may include interest or fees, while others may not. The exact terms will be presented by the financing provider before you accept the offer.
Does applying affect my credit score?
Credit-review practices vary by provider and by financing product. Review the provider’s disclosures before submitting an application or accepting an offer.
How are returns handled on financed orders?
Eligible refunds are generally processed through the original financing provider after the return has been received, inspected and approved under the Haus of Brilliance return policy.
Continue making any required payments until the financing provider confirms that your account or payment schedule has been adjusted.
Who should I contact with a financing question?
