Eligibility is determined by the merchandise subtotal of a single order after promotional discounts and before shipping charges, taxes, duties, gift wrapping, or other fees. Gift cards, e-gift cards, canceled items, prior purchases, and non-merchandise charges do not count toward the qualifying subtotal.

Orders with an eligible subtotal of at least $400 receive the fine jewelry cleaner. Orders of at least $1,000 receive the cleaner and gold chain. Orders of at least $1,500 receive the cleaner and pendant necklace. Orders of at least $3,000 receive the cleaner and lab-grown diamond stud earrings.

Every qualifying order receives one cleaner. In addition to the cleaner, the order receives only the jewelry gift assigned to the highest qualifying level reached. Lower-level jewelry gifts are not included.

For example, an eligible $1,500 order receives the cleaner and pendant necklace but does not receive the gold chain.

Limit one promotional offer and one qualifying jewelry gift per order. Haus of Brilliance may limit redemption by customer, household, billing address, shipping address, or payment method where reasonably necessary to prevent duplication, resale, fraud, or abuse.

All gifts are available only while supplies last. Gift styles, metals, finishes, specifications, packaging, and availability may vary.

Haus of Brilliance may substitute a gift with an item of equal or greater retail value if the advertised gift becomes unavailable. Promotional gifts are selected by Haus of Brilliance and may not be customized, resized, upgraded, exchanged, transferred, redeemed for cash, or credited toward another purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.

If a return, cancellation, adjustment, chargeback, or payment reversal causes the retained merchandise subtotal to fall below the applicable qualifying level, the associated promotional gifts must also be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging to receive a full refund.

Where permitted by law, the stated retail value of any unreturned, opened, used, damaged, altered, or incomplete gift may be deducted from the customer’s refund.

If a partial return causes the retained order subtotal to qualify for a lower promotional level, Haus of Brilliance may require the original jewelry gift to be returned.

Haus of Brilliance may, at its discretion and subject to availability, issue the gift associated with the newly qualifying lower level after the original gift has been returned in eligible condition.

Promotional gifts will generally ship with the qualifying order but may arrive separately. A delayed or separate gift shipment does not entitle the purchaser to a refund, credit, or discount unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Lost or damaged gift shipments remain subject to carrier review, inventory availability, and Haus of Brilliance’s standard shipping policies.

This promotion is valid only on qualifying orders placed through the Haus of Brilliance website and shipped to addresses within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Orders shipped to U.S. territories, military addresses, freight forwarders, or international destinations are not eligible.

This promotion is intended for individual retail customers. Wholesale, reseller, marketplace, fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise ineligible purchases do not qualify.

Haus of Brilliance may reject or cancel an order, withhold a gift, or disqualify a participant where reasonably necessary to address fraud, duplicate redemption, resale, abuse, technical manipulation, or violation of these terms.

Haus of Brilliance reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate this promotion where reasonably necessary because of inventory limitations, technical errors, fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Website, pricing, checkout, or technical errors do not create an entitlement to a promotional gift. All qualifying purchases remain subject to Haus of Brilliance’s shipping, return, privacy, and website terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these promotional terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
