Refund & Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return, replace, or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of the original purchase date through our simple return process.
How to Start a Return
Please email our Customer Service team at service@hausofbrilliance.com to request a Return/Exchange Authorization Number.
Important: Clearly write this authorization number on your return label. Packages received without an authorization number may be subject to a restocking fee.
Return Shipping Instructions
- Ship your return using any carrier of your choice (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.).
- We strongly recommend using insured shipping and a tracking service to protect your package in the event of loss or damage during transit.
- Items must be new, unused, and in original condition.
- All original packaging and enclosed materials must be included.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the product to the original form of payment.
Please allow:
- 1–3 business days during non-holiday periods, or
- 1–5 business days during holiday periods
for your return to be processed after it has been received by our team.
After processing, please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
Custom Sizing
If custom sizing has been requested and paid for, the custom sizing fee is non-refundable in the event of a return.
